Sending your instrument You can send your instrument using Royal Mail or any reliable courier service. Please make sure the insurance will cover you to the full value of your instrument. Pack your instrument carefully in its hard case, and send it in a firm box with soft packing material to absorb impact. Include a note with your name, address, telephone number and a brief description of the problem. Please inform us by phone or email when you have dispatched your instrument.
